How it brings joy to my otherwise black heart to see that some guys, in this case the clown who used to be with SA way back in the day, just never seem to learn. This from the So Cal PHRF Feb 2007 meeting minutes. Good times!

MR VENGEANCE s/n 97284 (Peterson 8.5M) Sinclair Bishop: New Application for Membership. No disciplinary action has been taken yet on this boat for racing without a valid PHRF certificate and providing incorrect or incomplete dimensions on the boat. The discussion was tabled last month (due to the late hour) for the appropriate consideration by new members of the board. The PHRF Chief Handicapper reported on the history of the boat and her owner. He provided written data to support his presentation. The board discussed the information and the Judge advocate pointed out certain aspects of the by-laws and class rules for the board's consideration. Discussion continued and M/S/P to decline Mr. Bishop's application for membership in PHRF, in part, on his previous disingenuous testimony to the board, providing inaccurate information to the board, entering his boat and racing in PHRF events without a PHRF rating, or with the wrong PHRF rating, Mr. Bishop's rude and aggressive demeanor in appearances before the board, his inappropriate electronic mail messages to and in regard to board members, his indication during testimony to the board in January 2007 meeting that his pattern of conduct would continue, and for the protection of PHRF, the class and its members.
